Since entering M&A in 2018, he has bootstrapped a $20M+ portfolio across Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, Real Estate, and Hospitality. At Lumara, Aman combines operational grit with a steadfast People First commitment honoring founder legacies, empowering existing teams, and providing patient capital for sustainable growth.

Known for translating strategic vision into measurable results, her career highlights include steering FP&A for Standard Bariatrics through a successful $300M exit and scaling bookings by 50% as VP of Finance at St. Gregory Development Group.
